A Very Gatsby New Years Eve

-

Two posts in one day? What?!?

I know I don't typically post twice a day (although that is my goal for 2018) but I wanted to share another New Years Eve look with you before it sells out!

A couple years ago my girlfriends and I went to an awesome NYE event in Charlotte that had a Great Gatsby theme. The fashion was AMAZING everywhere you looked! That party inspired me to constantly have my eye out for that art deco glamour that I fell in love with. When I found this look, I knew I wanted to pass it along to all of you.

Not only is it the perfect (extra) little black dress but it is also perfect for New Years! Unfortunately, the black and gold is sold out but they have replaced it with a gorgeous white, silver, gold combo in the same print.

Throw on a great earring from Bauble Bar and a pair of nude shoes and you've got yourself a NYE look girl!

Grey Is Not Always Gloomy

-

It's Tuesday! May your clothes be comfy, your coffee be strong, and your day be short!

I have been looking for a fun casual comfy sweater that can go from running errands to drinks with the girls! This look from fab'rik Birkdale does all of that!

I love the balloon sleeve on this sweater and these Hudson jeans fit like a dream and are true to size! How often does that happen? Plus these jeans are truly black. In my opinion, it is hard to find a dark black pair of jeans that do not lighten as you wash them.

My favorite part of this look is by far the booties! Neutral grey goes with pretty much anything and the heel of this boot is what makes it so special!

The clear acrylic heel gives this whole outfit an upscale art deco feel. It's unique, stylish and a great addition to any wardrobe!
